Here is everything: the research we read, every ingredient in the bottle, the menthol dose, what it won't do, and how the guarantee really works. Check it yourself.
1. We read 4,500 comments from people with migraine

Before making anything, we read what people with migraine actually say about roll-ons, oils and balms. The same things came up again and again:
- "Lavender is my number one migraine trigger." → No lavender. Ever.
- "Something like Tiger Balm... but in roll on or stick formula?" → A roll-on. No fingers near your eyes.
- "They aren't evidence-based and run on marketing." → Every study listed, with its reference.
- "I thought it might've been just a placebo." → Here's what menthol actually does.
2. What's in the bottle. All of it.

The cold you feel comes from menthol crystals and wild mint (Mentha arvensis). Total menthol: about 1.5%. Many "migraine" roll-ons made for marketing contain around 0.1%.
Also inside: feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium), the classic migraine herb. No lavender. No added perfume.

3. What the research says about the ingredients

- Menthol on the forehead and temples was tested in a randomized, placebo-controlled migraine trial. (Borhani Haghighi et al., 2010)
- Peppermint oil on the forehead and temples matched 1,000 mg of acetaminophen for tension-type headache in a double-blind trial. (Göbel et al., 1996)
- Menthol switches on TRPM8, the cold receptor first identified in trigeminal nerve cells. (McKemy et al., 2002)
These studies concern individual ingredients, not this product.

4. What it does. And what it doesn't.

It does: icy cooling in seconds, at the first sign, on the temples, the neck and the base of the skull.
It doesn't: replace your medication, cure migraine, or stop an aura. Keep your treatment. This is for the moment it starts, and the wait while your medicine kicks in.
5. Don't buy this if...

- You hate the smell of mint.
- You want a cure. Nobody honest sells one.
- You can't keep it 1 inch away from your eyes.
Still here? Then it might be for you.
6. The guarantee, in plain words

- 90 days to try it on real migraine days.
- One photo of your opened bottle. No forms.
- No return. Keep the bottle.
- Refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. See conditions
